Over the years I have coveted the darkest forms of this non-climbing clematis and now I have found the darkest one of all.  Very limited supply.  First come, first serve... ENJOY! Deep 4" pot size.

This non-climbing clematis, grows in dense clumps with metallic dark plum-purple foliage, turning purple-green in summer. If you trim it two times in summer you will be rewarded with new dark purple growth, topped with flowers and no staking. Grows in most soils; tough and long lived.  3-4' tall.  To Zone 4.  Sun to part shade.
